This expressive Sidra coming from Finca La Josefina is popping with bright stone fruits and dynamic acidity. In the cup we found citrus and black berry, a long linger of sweetness, and heavier body that is velvety. When cooled, the acidity becomes dynamic and structured while the cup's sweetness elevates. We find the stonefruit acidity to linger the most in the form of a blackberry.
